Madi: Class of 2020!

I first met Madi when she was a fifth-grader and I had the honor of being her first-ever cheer coach. She was a girl who was willing to try anything, even if it meant being a flier who was “a little” afraid of heights. As she progressed, her sweet sass proved to be monumental as she was often placed in a routine where she could showcase her sass and add some really fun elements to our routines. Off the cheer mat, Madi is less sass and more funny and sweet. So when her family made the decision to move to another school district a few years ago, I was definitely sad that we wouldn’t get to see her as much. This move proved to be a big one for Madi’s high school cheer career though. She is a strong and confident cheerleader with a coach who still recognizes her sass and dance skills, which have contributed to her squad having some great successes over the past few years.

Madi, I am so honored that you asked me to photograph your senior session. I have been so blessed to coach some really amazing kids over the past twelve years, and you are among one of those favorites whose heart and soul shines both on and off the mat.   Have a great senior year<3
